Visualizing and sharing data has become increasingly important for any business seeking competitive advantage over its rivals.
It’s equally important for bloggers to use visual BI tools to share vital data with their readers, so that they can make smart financial decisions.
This is my humble effort to provide visualization for those who are fighting mental battle to decide if buying a home or renting the same home makes financial sense.

love it! We should have rented when we lived in Indiana for 2 years….. we expected to stay longer:)
Agreed. In most cases, it makes sense to buy if you think that you are going to live in the area for 10+ years.

I think it totally depends on what your plans are. If you know that you will be moving and don’t want to have to deal with selling a home then rent. But, if you will settle for some time then buy. You’ve got to deal with repairs, insurance, etc. but that goes along with home ownership.
